and 4 ground floor ones, built for a land owner who wanted to use the
family land and vineyards for agricultural tourism and renting. |

Finished building for a customer in April 2006. Seven detached houses,
built completely from local stone and wood in traditional Zakynthian
style. The customer lets the houses to international tour operators
with a return on capital employed of 18%. |
